5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Subscription periods may be monthly, quarterly, or annual.

At the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription either through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

6. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial subscription for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial.

If you do not cancel the trial before the trial period ends, we will automatically charge the subscription fee for the type of subscription you selected during registration, and your subscription will automatically renew as described above.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or you may delete your account through the account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
